Printers Playhouse presents: A Midsummer Night's Dream at Eastbourne Bandstand Ft. DJ Plucky 'Boo-Bastic' Bottom for an after-show party! ‘The course of true love never did run smooth.' Desperate to escape their unhappy fates, young lovers Demetrius, Lysander, Helena and Hermia flee their village in the heart of England for the moonlit woods. There – along with a band of amateur actors/musicians – they fall under the spell of mischievous Puck and their punky apprentice Cobweb, tumbling into a dream world where illusion and reality are hilariously confused. A gender bending, 70s spin on the classic tale. This production is not to be missed!

The performance takes place at Eastbourne Bandstand on September 23rd at 6:30pm. The event features a 70s spin on the classic tale of A Midsummer Night's Dream, with a gender-bending twist. The story follows young lovers Demetrius, Lysander, Helena and Hermia as they flee their village in the heart of England for the moonlit woods, where they become entangled in a dream world under the spell of mischievous Puck and their punky apprentice Cobweb.

DJ Plucky 'Boo-Bastic' Bottom will host an after-show party. The production is a unique take on the classic tale, blending elements of the 1970s with the timeless story of love and illusion.

The event is open to adults and children. Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for children.
