Would you like to refresh your knitting skills? Join our small, friendly knitting refresher classes - perfect for anyone who hasn’t knitted for a while and would love to start again. Under the expert tuition of professional knitting and crochet teacher Samira Hill, you’ll learn to make a beautiful pair of fingerless mittens with Di Gilpin’s Aran yarn. The classes are taught in a relaxed and encouraging environment, to make sure every knitter learns and gains confidence in all essential knitting skills. The classes run on Tuesdays 6th and 13th October from 5.45pm - 7.45pm, at the Scottish Textiles Showcase Edinburgh store on St Mary's Street, just off the Royal Mile. Come and join like-minded folk, surrounded by gorgeous textiles! The total cost is £65 which includes all patterns and wool - just bring your own needles (or speak to us beforehand about needle requirements).
