Our next Supper Club is happening on Saturday 19 September at 11am, and this month we’re visiting Sugar Daddy’s, Edinburgh’s much‑loved 100% gluten‑free bakery in Marchmont, just a short walk from the Meadows.

Sugar Daddy’s is a family‑run bakery offering cupcakes, pastries, cookies, celebration cakes and wedding cakes — all freshly baked on the premises and completely gluten free. They cater for coeliacs and gluten eaters alike, with additional options for other allergies and vegans.

They do note that while they are very careful to avoid cross‑contamination, they cannot guarantee no traces of other allergens, so please keep this in mind if you have other severe allergies.

We’ll meet at 11am at the bakery, and everyone can buy whatever they like on arrival, whether that’s a cupcake, pastry, or something savoury. Once we’ve stocked up, we’ll head to the Meadows (weather permitting!) for a relaxed get‑together. Fingers crossed for sunshine.

As always, everyone is welcome, whether you’re coeliac or gluten intolerant.
