Then, for those qualified to teach in Scotland, you may continue into the second year. Assessment Year 1: You will be invited to work on your practice, creativity and understanding through a range of different assignments. You will receive feedback on these but no mark. This leaves you free to find your own way within a structured offering of experiences. At the end of Year 1, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Year 2: You will be assessed primarily on your teaching practice. You will receive a summary statement of hours of teaching practice and an honest professional judgement on your journey to become a successful teacher in a Steiner-Waldorf school.
