A new collection of still life photography celebrating the natural beauty and heritage of Dalkeith Country Park and Palace will go on display this November. Entwined, by artist Fiona Young, has been created in collaboration with curator Charlotte Rostek and Dalkeith Palace & Country Park. Inspired by the relationship between nature, place and history, the collection brings together carefully composed still life photography featuring foliage foraged from the estate alongside images captured within the historic Dalkeith Palace. As Artist in Residence, Fiona has drawn inspiration from the estate’s rich natural landscape and architectural heritage, creating a collection that offers a fresh perspective on the beauty and character of this historic setting. Visitors can discover Entwined in The Coffee Bar and The Kitchen at Restoration Yard, providing an opportunity to enjoy the exhibition alongside a coffee, lunch or leisurely visit to the estate.
