Santa's Grotto Experience Santa tickets can be added as an optional extra to your Illuminations ticket or booked separately. Please note that general admission does not include entry to the Santa’s Grotto. Tickets are limited and sold in timed slots. Each visit includes 5 minutes with Santa and a small gift per child. The Grotto is located outside the main zoo in the car park. Guests may leave the event and re-enter by showing both their general admission and Santa tickets. ASN Evenings Our ASN evenings are Wednesday 2nd & Monday 14th December.
