Strengthen your foundation with foot anatomy, yoga and a grounding sound bath for better balance and wellbeing.

Discover the foundation of your movement – your feet.

Your feet are one of the most remarkable parts of your body. Made up of 26 bones, 33 joints, over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, they carry you through life, absorb impact, adapt to different surfaces and provide the stable base that every movement depends on.

Yet, they are often the most neglected part of our body.

Modern footwear, prolonged sitting, repetitive movement patterns and lack of foot mobility can contribute to common issues such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, ankle instability, flat feet, calf tightness and poor balance. Research has shown that improving foot strength and mobility can enhance balance, reduce the risk of falls, improve walking efficiency and even help reduce discomfort further up the body, including the knees, hips and lower back.

This unique workshop combines education, movement and deep relaxation to help you reconnect with your foundation.

During this 2-hour workshop you'll experience:

🦶 30-minute Foot Health Talk

Understand the basic anatomy of the foot and ankle.

Learn why healthy feet matter for posture, movement and overall wellbeing.

Discover simple ways to help prevent common foot and ankle problems.

🧘 60-minute Yoga Practice

A gentle, accessible yoga session focusing on:

Foot strength and mobility

Healthy ankle movement

Calf flexibility

Balance and stability

Functional movement you can use in everyday life

🎵 30-minute Sound Bath

Finish your journey with a deeply relaxing sound bath provided by The Sound Bath Studio, designed to help calm the nervous system, encourage deep rest and leave you feeling grounded. Inspired by the qualities of the Root Chakra, this experience invites you to reconnect with stability, security and your connection to the earth.

Why focus on your feet?

Healthy feet are the foundation of healthy movement.

Studies suggest that targeted foot exercises can:

Improve balance and stability

Increase foot strength

Reduce the risk of falls, particularly as we age

Improve walking mechanics

Support healthier knees, hips and lower back by creating a stronger base for movement

When your feet move well, your whole body benefits.

Whether you're a yoga practitioner, walker, runner, someone who spends long hours standing, or simply wants to move with greater ease, this workshop will give you practical tools you can take home and use every day.

Come and discover how caring for your feet can transform the way you move, balance and feel.

Move. Strengthen. Ground.
