Angie Garton invites you to this relaxing soundscape experience in South Edinburgh at The Wellness Barn, Swanston

If you're in need of some quiet time to unwind, or perhaps you want a gentle re-focus on your own needs for a change, then I look forward to welcoming you to this relaxation session at the Wellness Barn, Swanston, Edinburgh.

Listening to the Himalayan bowls, Crystal bowls, rainsticks and chimes, you'll be lying down throughout. All you need to do is listen and allow the calming sounds wash over you for a soothing feeling of ease and calm, a true mind and body experience.

This type of Sound Bath has been shown to provide many benefits to your general well-being, including; pain relief, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and muscle tension, reduced blood pressure, improved sleep.

No previous experience necessary. Bring your authentic self and an open heart to allow this ‘sonic massage’ to provide you with the time and space to just be.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or two to make yourself a cosy nest to lie on.

This session is not suitable for those who: are unable to get down to the floor unassisted, or if you experience frequent seizures, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have a pacemaker, or are under 16 years old.

If you have an internal metal plate you may experience some resonance, although this is rare.

If you experience severe tinnitus then please get in touch to make sure this session is the right one for you.
