Who is this for?
This is for YOU if you're a midlife woman who:
Sometimes feels tired, overwhelmed, or exhausted and yearns for deep rest.
Often feels stressed or anxious and would love to feel calmer, more grounded, or at peace.
Want to calm your nervous system to aid recovery from chronic illness or support your health and longevity so that you can make the most of life.
Like soulful conversations with like-minded women.
Please note that sound baths are not for everyone. See the guidelines below to make sure this event is right for you.
What you’ll leave with
Sound baths affect each of us differently. My intention is always to create a welcoming, restorative space — so you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Most people feel noticeably more relaxed and energised, and enjoy warm conversations with like-minded women.
What to expect
The experience lasts around two hours.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome to help you settle in, followed by gentle breathwork and calming activities designed to relax your nervous system and ease you into rest.
You’ll then lie down to enjoy a deeply restorative sound bath featuring Tibetan and crystal bowls, along with other soothing instruments.
After the sound bath, you're invited to stay on to enjoy casual conversations over a cuppa and nourishing treats, so you leave feeling restored and uplifted.
These are small gatherings (maximum 8), so the experience feels relaxed and personal.
Who is this NOT for?
These two-hour events are for holistic health practitioners and enthusiasts who enjoy soulful, meaningful conversations with like-minded women.
If you are new to holistic health practices, check out my one-hour restorative sound baths, which are for all midlife women.
My sound baths are a gentle, safe experience for most people. However, it’s important to know that these are NOT suitable if:
You are or could be pregnant.
You have a pacemaker or any other electronic medical device fitted.
You have a heart condition or brain injury.
You have epilepsy or are prone to seizures.
You have had recent surgery or experienced post-surgery pain/complications.
You are unable to lie down flat on a yoga mat or sit on a chair for at least an hour.
You are under 16.
Please consult your healthcare professional before booking, and confirm they have said it's okay to attend if:
You are highly sensitive to sound or have conditions such as tinnitus or hyperacusis.
You experience acute or chronic ear issues or vertigo.
You experience severe, chronic, or acute mental or emotional health challenges, including unresolved trauma, ongoing depression, suicidal thoughts or PTSD, as sound healing may evoke strong emotional reactions, and you may need additional therapeutic support.
You are prone to anaphylaxis or may need life-saving medication.
You have any serious or life-threatening illnesses or conditions.
Disclaimer & safety note
Sound healing is not a cure for any specific conditions, symptoms, or illnesses. Rather, it’s a beautiful tool that works alongside, never instead of, proper medical care from qualified healthcare professionals. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to restore balance and harmony within your body.
