Whether you’re a total beginner or just curious to try something new, this fun and interactive session will have you chopping, stirring, and tasting your way to delicious homemade preserves. Discover how to transform seasonal fruit, herbs and veg into delicious preserves that will brighten up your winter meals. You’ll learn two fantastic, flexible recipes: Squash & apple chutney Smoky tomato ketchup We’ll discuss a range of ways you can easily adapt the recipes at home using whatever’s in season. The ingredients we use may vary depending on seasonal availability. At our outdoor cooking stations, we’ll explore: The best ingredients for preserving Creative ways to mix herbs, fruits, and veggies Tips and tricks for making your own signature chutneys and ketchups. There’ll be plenty of time to taste, chat, and share ideas. You’ll leave with jars of your own creations, a head full of inspiration, and the confidence to keep experimenting in your own kitchen.
