About This Event

The Community Meal at Greener Kirkcaldy on 30 September 2026 provides an opportunity for local people in Edinburgh to meet, share stories, and enjoy a meal together. The event aims to utilise surplus food, fostering community connections.

Our weekly Community Meal provides an opportunity for local people to meet each other, share stories, and eat together. Our aim is to turn surplus and unsold food into nutritious meals that anyone in our community can share with dignity and choice. We’d love you to come and join us. Everyone is welcome and the meals are run on a pay what you feel basis. Any donations help to support the cost of the meal. Seating time: From 4pm Booking: Call us on 01592 858458 to book a place before 12 noon on Wednesday, or sign up at the meal for the next week. There is limited disabled parking available only and the building is wheelchair and mobility friendly. Find out how to get to our community building at 8 East Fergus Place.
