IMPORTANT! The main Conference is in two sessions on the Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. To register choose "Check availability". To make booking easier, all tickets including the Conference Dinner are available through the Monday timeslot. Once in the Registration page do NOT choose "Continue" until you have selected all of the tickets that you require, remembering to select both "Conference Monday PM" and "Conference Tuesday AM" if you plan to physically attend both sessions. Remember also to book for the pre- and post-Conference sessions if you wish to. If you plan to just participate online, choose "Virtual Participation" only. This is the eighth Conference in the Next Generation Dairying series funded by the Hannah Dairy Research Foundation. The main Conference runs from Monday lunchtime to Tuesday lunchtime and is available online, although we strongly recommend in-person attendance. There is a Pre-Conference Research Session organised on the Monday morning by the Journal of Dairy Research, and a Post-Conference visit on Tuesday afternoon to the SRUC Greenshed Project nearby. The Conference focuses on dairy farming’s responsibilites to provide high quality nutrition whilst acting as environmental custodians and international speakers will address the challenges that arise. Additional responsibilities to animals, local economies, rural lifestyles and consumers will also be addressed. Attendance is free. There is a Conference Dinner on the Monday evening at the discounted price of £25.
