Join us on 26 August 2026 at King’s Hall, Edinburgh, for the IC Awards Night 2026 — an evening celebrating outstanding international artists and productions from across the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Founded by the Intercultural Connections Initiative (ICI), the IC Award (Intercultural Connections Award) recognises artistic excellence, innovation and meaningful cross-cultural dialogue. Born at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Award seeks to connect international artists with new audiences, cultural institutions and opportunities beyond Edinburgh.

This year's shortlisted artists represent the diverse and international spirit of the Fringe, bringing together creative voices from different countries, cultures and artistic traditions.

What to expect

The evening will include:

IC Award 2026 ceremony — celebrating this year's winners across four award categories

International artists and productions — meet creatives from around the world

Fringe industry connections — producers, presenters, programmers and cultural organisations

Networking and cultural exchange — connect with artists and professionals working across borders
