About This Event

Microsteria celebrates the interactions of club culture, live performance and contemporary art. Since 2023, it has built a reputation for immersive events shaped by electronically mutated music, visual art, costume and performance, creating temporary ecosystems of sound, image and movement. Previous editions have featured artists including Maranta, Mermaid Chunky, Tony Nkoju, The Umlauts, Bikini Body, Salam Kitty, Sarah/Shaun& Pako Vega alongside collaborations with visual artists and performers from across Scotland’s underground arts community. Expect adventurous sounds, immersive environments and carefully curated weirdness!
