"Would you like to try Nordic Walking, get active outdoors & meet new people? Come along & join us for this class/ group. Poles provided.

Each week we will learn and apply the Nordic Walking technique from a qualified instructor. We will go for a walk from Bridgend Farm, take a cuppa along with us and enjoy being outside and sociable whilst being active.

Everyone is welcome, this class is for all abilities and poles will be provided.

Nordic walking is a great way of walking, why?
