What we'll do in this session...

Come and join in with free Nordic Walking tasters running throughout the programme with Cath and David from Lang Toun Nordic Walkers. David is a qualified instructor who will guide you! Nordic poles will be provided. Nordic is a great way to increase your fitness as you’re using your upper body as well as your legs. It was such fun in the last programme, feel free to book one or all of the sessions.

We'll meet inside the park next to the car park, look out for the folks with the Nordic walking poles!
