Explore bacterial pigments as a different kind of creative medium in a two-part, hands-on workshop with ASCUS Art & Science. Whether you’ve tried agar art before or this is completely new to you, no experience is needed. Just bring your creativity with you. This 1.5 hour making and painting session is followed by collection day on 13 October, when you can see what has grown, and photograph your finished agar art piece. Paint with Bacteria Workshop takes place at ASCUS Art & Science, Scotland’s first publicly accessible art-science lab, at Summerhall. Advance booking is required.
