Join us at Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy Open Evening to: Tour our professional teaching kitchens in our beautiful townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh. Learn about our 12 Week Diploma in Professional Cookery, 4 Week Introductory Award in Cooking Skills, and 4 Week Intermediate Certificate in Cookery. Meet our experienced tutors. Get advice on applications, and accommodation options. Founded by Fiona Burrell (former principal of Leith’s in London), Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy has trained hundreds of students for careers in food and hospitality.
