The workshop will explore the relevance of neurotype on people’s experiences, responses, relationships, and needs at work.
We address some common misunderstandings and myths, and talk through some of the simple adjustments that can help your team thrive.
We offer guidance for having more productive conversations around performance, wellbeing, and needs at work.
To help you translate your learning into practical action we will consider case examples and provide the opportunity for participants to reflect, discuss, and experiment with approaches.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for people of any neurotype in roles that involve supporting the performance and wellbeing of others in their organisation – such as managers, team leads and HR staff. The session is tailored to the voluntary sector, but the learning will be applicable to others in similar settings.

Practical, psychologist-led training for voluntary organisations
Training to help people look after themselves, strengthen their teams and approach challenging situations with greater confidence.
Each option is grounded in psychological expertise and focused on practical skills participants can use in their work.

One person can use all four places, or you can share the places across your team.
How does the Flexi Pass work?
Choose the date of your first workshop.
Select the Flexi Pass – 4 places for the price of 3 ticket and complete your booking.
We’ll send you a unique code for three additional training places at no extra cost.
Use your code to book those places across any of the eligible workshops and dates in the series.
You can use the four places however works best for your organisation. For example, four different staff members can attend different workshops, or several colleagues can attend the same session.
Additional places are subject to availability, so we recommend using your code promptly to secure your preferred workshops and dates.
