Slow down, go gentle on yourself and feel ready for the week ahead with this deeply restful Sound Bath
Sunday Chill Out Sound Bath is an invitation to rest.
Not to improve yourself. Just to land, soften, and let your nervous system settle.
Held on a Sunday afternoon, this extended sound bath is designed to help you gently downshift from the pace of the week and reconnect with a sense of ease within yourself.
This is an updated version of my signature Relaxation Sound Bath, designed to bring you to a place of deep rest.
No pressure to share anything about yourself, and nothing you need to achieve.
You’re welcome to lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be supported by sound, stillness, and rest.
The session will begin with a short grounding welcome and a brief reading to help you arrive, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using therapeutic instruments to encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation.
After the sound concludes, there will be ample time to rest quietly, without being brought back immediately, to give your body and mind the space they often don’t get.
This space is especially suited to you if:
You feel tired, wired, or overstimulated
You find it hard to fully switch off
You’re craving rest without expectation
You want care without fixing, and depth without pressure
You don’t need any prior experience with sound baths or meditation. Sleep is welcome. Stillness is welcome. Being exactly as you are is welcome.
What to expect:
A calm, welcoming environment. No expectation to chat or share your story - come as you are and leave feeling more rested
A soothing, immersive sound bath (50 minutes of slow, soothing sound)
Extended rest towards the end of the session for extra chill out , with no rush to re-enter the world. Have a nap at the end if you wish!
A quiet, spacious close to your Sunday.

Angie’s sessions are known for being grounding, spacious, and free from pressure, offering a place to feel held rather than hurried.
What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing for lying down. Blankets, bolsters, mats and eye masks are all provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
This session is not suitable for those who: are unable to get down to the floor unassisted, or if you experience frequent seizures, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have a pacemaker, or are under 16 years old.

Feedback from previous participants:
"I met Ang at a business retreat where she was providing her sound bath sessions every evening. I'd never had one before so didn't know what to expect. But after an intense day of learning, Angs sessions provided the perfect switch off and relaxation which was complete bliss. I felt relaxed, full of renewed focus and I slept so well.
Sadly I'm not able to access Angs workshops live as I don't live nearby. I have to make do with full body massages instead (which cost me well over £50) but they don't match the feeling from one of Angs sound baths and I would happily pay that £50 knowing the results I'd get from Ang.
I truly wish I had Ang on my doorstep to help me stay calm and balanced." - Sheona

"We've used Angie's amazing skills at our various events over the years for very good reason - what she does is transcendentally good and she's a smart, wonderful human to boot. Our 'Business and Balance' retreat-style weekends are a perfect match for a sound bath experience, but in Angie's skilled hands, these experiences move to a different level.
I am notorious for being constantly on the move, unable to get or stay 'calm' for 5 minutes and yet, within 3 minutes of my first sound bath experience with Angie, I was as Zen as any human being could be (when no other sound bath or meditation experience has ever worked for me.
I've witnessed Angie's abilities and mastery of her craft grow and deepen each year as she's continued to grace us with her constantly evolving practice. The sessions just get better and better.
I was asked recently how much I'd pay for a block of sound bath sessions with Angie and, honestly, I'd happily offer £400-£500 for a block of 10 - they're that effective." -Dino Tartaglia
