Sunday 25th October

As the days grow darker and we approach Samhain - a time of honouring our ancestors, and when the veil was said to be thin - we invite you to join us at The People's Sauna for a series of immersive sauna sessions.

Samhain Sauna Ritual: Honouring the ones that came before us (11:00–1:00 pm) This session begins with a fire circle in the woods and a simple ritual to connect with our ancestors, followed by a one hour sauna session.

Turning Inward Sauna (1:25 – 2:25 pm) This session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation, inviting an inward focus as we move into the darker half of the year.

Sauna Of Release (2:50 – 3:50 pm)

This session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation in letting go, aligning with nature as we shed what we no longer need.
