Celebrating his new book 'Where wind and water cleave', Oram will tell the story of Scotland's past eras of profound climate change, from the climatic highs of the Late Iron Age to the 'little ice age' and beyond.

About the speaker

Richard D. Oram is Emeritus Professor of Scottish Medieval and Environmental History at the University of Stirling, a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and a Trustee of National Museums Scotland.
