For centuries, the Winter Solstice has been honoured as a turning point—when the sun clocks its shortest shift, the night stretches deep, and humans everywhere decide it's the perfect moment to light a fire, tell stories, and reassure each other that yes, brighter days are coming. The Celts gathered to mark this threshold with ritual and community, weaving myth and meaning into the dark. We're keeping that tradition alive—minus the bonfires, and with the kind of candles that won’t set your life (or hair) on fire.

Think of it as two hours to hit pause on the chaos, stretch out on some props, wander through guided imagination–all accompanied by Fiona McNeill’s live handpan (think sound bath, if sound baths had a wonderfully UFO-shaped cousin that sat in someone's lap), and remember that “self-reflection” doesn’t have to feel like homework.
