As autumn deepens and we move towards the quieter months of winter, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen a little more closely to ourselves.

This time of year, traditionally associated with Samhain in Ireland, is also a time of remembering our ancestors and honouring those who came before us. In Lithuania on October 31 and November 1 we go to visit our family and ancestors in graveyards and light candles for them. It’s incredibly magical and beautiful to walk in the evening across thousands of candles for our ancestors.

It feels like a meaningful time to explore our own family roots, the stories we carry, and the invisible threads that connect us to those who came before.Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns in our relationships, experiencing emotions we don’t fully understand, or feeling held back from living life fully.

Family Constellations offers a space to gently explore these patterns, bringing awareness to what may have remained unseen and opening possibilities for greater freedom, understanding, and connection.

🌿 ABOUT FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

Family Constellations is a powerful approach that can help us explore the blocks and patterns in our lives and move closer towards the life we long for.

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, this work explores how unresolved experiences, hidden loyalties, and entanglements within our family systems may influence our relationships, emotions, and life choices.

Through constellation work, we have an opportunity to bring awareness to these patterns, gain new perspectives, and open ourselves to greater freedom, compassion, and connection.

🌸 ABOUT ME

Family Constellations have profoundly transformed my own life, and I feel deeply passionate about sharing this work with others.

I have trained with my dear teacher Barbara Morgan and facilitate Family Constellations workshops in both Ireland and Lithuania.

It is a joy for me to create a space where people can come together, explore what is alive within them, and connect with themselves and others on a deeper level.

The workshop is intended for adults who are not currently experiencing serious psychological difficulties requiring specialist care.
