The Taking Action for Whole Health and Wellbeing programme runs over two days at the Clare Education Centre in Ennis from 17 November 2026. Tickets cost £30.00.
An opportunity to build practical tools to support your mental health, build resilience, confidence, and improve overall wellbeing.
This is a 2-day evidence-based programme, developed by the Copeland Centre. It is led by two accredited facilitators and delivered in person in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The 2-day programme is open to anyone who wants to improve their mental health & wellbeing, or support their mental health recovery journey.
You’ll learn alongside a small group of 8–16 people — no previous group experience needed.
Cost: €30 includes all course materials, refreshments and a light lunch on both days.
