If you're looking for a peaceful way to spend your Friday evening, this candlelit sound bath in Ennis is a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a little time for yourself to unwind.

What to expect

Step in to a warm, welcoming, candlelit space and nestle down under a cozy blanket.

We'll begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in.

You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and other instruments carefully chosen to create a deeply relaxing sound journey.

For 90 minutes, there's nothing you need to do.

Just lie down, listen and rest.

No experience needed.
