A relaxing sound bath evening. 90 minutes to switch off, unwind and enjoy some time for yourself.

If you're looking for a peaceful way to spend your Saturday evening, this candlelit sound bath in Galway is a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a little time for yourself to unwind.

What to expect

Step in to a warm, welcoming, candlelit space and nestle down under a cozy blanket.

We'll begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in.

You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and other instruments carefully chosen to create a deeply relaxing sound journey.

For 90 minutes, there's nothing you need to do.

Just lie down, listen and rest.

No experience needed.

Afterwards

Many people leave feeling calm and deeply rested.

Here's what a few people have shared:

"I wasn't sure what to expect but I left feeling so rested and had an amazing night's sleep." — Amanda

"I didn't realise how much I needed this. Feel so relaxed and calm. Already looking forward to the next one." — Jane
