A nurturing winter space for women to connect, share, reflect and recharge. Come as you are

I’d love to invite you to join me for a gentle winter circle, a little space to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into a softer rhythm. Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, sharing and the warmth of cacao, we’ll create space to breathe, rest, release and reconnect.

My hope is to offer a warm, nurturing space where you can arrive just as you are, feel held in the company of other women and give yourself permission to simply be.

No pressure, no expectations, just a little time for you. 🤍
