Begin Well is a christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidenced based antenatal courses across the south-west UK. Our aim is to give you the best starting blocks for family life.

Over the 2 day course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be. The best time to do the course is in the last part of your pregnancy, after 28 weeks.

The course will run over 2 Saturdays, from 10am-4pm. Each day covers 3 different topics, so please come to both days to get the most out of the course. You only need to reserve one ticket for the first day to come to both days. The course dates are 7th and 14th November 2026. There is no charge for the course and your ticket will admit you and your birth partner.

IMPORTANT - Once you have booked, please check your email (including your junk/spam folder) for everything you will need to know, including the link to the pre-course form. It would be helpful to the team if you could fill in the form as soon as possible after you book, so we are best able to support you during the course.
