Wind Down Wednesday is a weekly evening Yin practice designed to help you embrace winter rather than fight it — long, supported holds, deep stillness, and a warm, candlelit space to properly switch off.Each week brings a different theme for reflection, exploring how we can slow down and move with the season instead of against it — connecting to winter’s stillness, and to our own natural rhythms and cycles.Nothing to bring — mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and lavender eye pillows are all provided. Just come in whatever feels coziest: sweats, jumpers, fluffy socks, all welcome.Midweek, mid-winter, time to exhale. 🕯️
