About This Event

Sound Bathing at Stonehouse Creek in Plymouth on 10 December 2026 at 17:30 is an immersive session using singing bowls, gongs and chimes to promote relaxation. Participants lie down to listen, relax and follow guided meditation in a calming environment.

Course description: Rose invites you to surrender yourself to an immersive experience that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation and mindfulness. This will involve instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create a calming environment conducive to meditation. After introducing you to this holistic well-being approach, you will lie in a comfortable position, relax, listen and follow guided meditation. Friday 4/12. 3pm – 4pm or Thursday 10/12. 5.30pm – 6.30pm (When booking, please specify which session you would prefer) Teaching and Learning Approaches: Immersive experience taster session
