Begin Well is an antenatal course designed to give you the best starting blocks for family life.

Please note: You only need to book one ticket for yourself and your birth partner. This course is for those who are 28+ weeks pregnant and whose due date is after the course ends. If you're unsure, email info@beginwell.org.uk before booking.

Begin Well is a Christian charity offering free, evidence-based antenatal courses across the South West, designed to give you the best start to family life.

Over six sessions, you'll learn about birth, caring for your baby, becoming parents, relationships, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet other parents-to-be.

Thursdays 24th Sept 7-9pm,

Thursday 1st Oct 7-9pm,

Thursday 8th Oct 7-9pm

Thursday 15th Oct 7-9pm

Saturday 17th Oct 9:30- 2pm (lunch provided)

Each session covers a different topic, so we encourage you to attend them all. Book one ticket for the first session to reserve your place on the full course.

The course is free, and your booking includes your birth partner.
