About This Event

A beginner pole fitness class takes place on 19 October 2026 in Activity Room 2, Cornwall House, Exeter. The session focuses on basic moves and combinations for those new to the activity. Tickets are priced from £3.00.

Beginner classes are for individuals who are relatively or completely new to pole fitness. These classes work on basic moves and combinations.

What to wear:

• Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip.

• Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top.

Class rules:

• Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part.

• Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class.

• Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
