This Week Jade’s flow is a completely beginner friendly musical flow. You will work on connecting together beginner friendly moves you may have learnt in class this week or in previous weeks in an easy to follow choreography. For this week we recommend bare legs as thigh and leg grip is needed, so shorts are preferred but as always wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in.

What to wear

• Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip.

• Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top.

Class rules:

• Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part.

• Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class.

• Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).

Check our instagram for more info and how to find us! We look forward to seeing you soon, love UEPF! Xx
