Take some time out and bathe yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drum, flute and chimes.

Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, assisting to release tension, ease blockages and promote a deep sense of calm.

Sound healing is very effective on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion to heal and nurture. It is especially good for stress, anxiety, pain and emotional balance.

Experience the effects of sound therapy, weaving with Reiki and shamanic threads. Allow the different vibrations to guide you into a meditative state where inner peace can be accessed.

Please arrive around 10 minutes early and bring a mat, pillow and blanket. We will begin at 4:00pm.
