On Tuesday, May 19, 2027, at 10:30 AM, the University of Exeter's St Luke's Campus will welcome attendees for a panel discussion focusing on emotionally demanding health research. This event brings together several researchers who will share their experiences navigating such complex studies. Open to the public and free of charge, this session aims to provide insights into managing the emotional challenges inherent in this field of study.

Overview

This panel will bring together experienced health researchers from across disciplines at the University of Exeter to share insights, practical tips, and tools into managing both the personal and systemic challenges researchers can face whilst working on emotionally demanding projects, followed by a Q&A.

This session is open to anyone involved in delivering and supporting emotionally demanding health research. PGRs, ECRs, and their supervisors are particularly encouraged to attend.

This session will be held in room 122 in Baring Court on St Luke's Campus. Please see the campus map online St Luke's Campus | University of Exeter.

There is the option to join remotely (please indicate if you would like to join remotely when registering) however, the event will not be recorded.
