About This Event

Course description: Experiencing connection in times of grief, to ourselves and each other. We experience grief in so many ways – through death, disconnection, separation, change and loss. This workshop is about coming together to share any experience of grief and loss. We will talk about ways to cope and carry the things that society usually hides. We will explore hope, love and connection and ways to resource the body and make space for the biggest feelings. Come and listen with no pressure or judgement. Assessment: There is no assessment, but we welcome feedback on this course.
