Join Dr Frankie Phillips, dietitian and mum-of-four at Let's Get Weaning in September at The Baby Room Exeter for a relaxed and informative session all about starting your baby's journey onto solid foods!

This 1.5 hr workshop will provide you with everything you need to know to start introducing solid foods your baby. (Complementary feeding)

I use the latest evidence and guidelines to provide you with clear and practical tips and advice to make weaning easy. This workshop will leave you feeling confident to start weaning

Introducing allergens

This event is perfect for babies under 6 months who are not yet having solid food. The World Health Organisation and NHS recommends waiting until around 6 months before introducing solids.

Babies definitely welcome!

There will be blankets for baby to lie on, but you might like to bring your own blanket to lay on top of these.
