As these events book quickly, the £12 charge per ticket applies for cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows. So, to keep things fair: ✅ Attend the event — your Meetup payment will be fully refunded (including service charge) ✅ Cancel more than 48 hours before — your Meetup payment will be refunded (including service charge) ❌ Cancel within 48 hours or don’t turn up — your payment will not be refunded, as it may be needed to cover Rockfish’s cancellation/no-show charge If I’m able to fill your place and avoid the charge, I’ll refund you. 🍽️ Food and drinks You’ll pay Rockfish directly for your own food and drinks on the night. 👋 Finding me I’ll be wearing a black top with white detailing and black jeans. 🌾 Allergies and dietary requirements Rockfish have allergen information available, and their team can advise when you visit.
