Come and decorate wooden discs using your imagination

In this gentle, playful workshop, we’ll turn wooden slices into tiny storytellers. You’ll be invited to decorate one or more slices of wood with words, symbols, patterns or miniature illustrations inspired by a memory, a person, a place, something you’ve overcome, or something that matters to you. No artistic experience is needed – this is about expression rather than perfection. The course faciliator Jola will introduce simple creative techniques and prompts to help you find your own visual language. Your finished wooden slices can become personal keepsakes, gifts, and one to be part of a shared collection celebrating the different stories and experiences within the group and permenantly displayed in the CoLab Storytelling Garden
