Each instrument carries its own healing quality:

Crystal gem-infused and Alchemy singing Bowls 432 Hz – Pure, cosmic high-frequency tones that clear the mind and calm the heart. These powerful instruments work deeply within the body, supporting energy cleansing, detoxification, and overall restoration.

Cleansing of energetic blockages — The vibration is believed to harmonise the body’s energies or chakras.

432 Hz resonates with the heart chakra, helping to release emotional blockages and promote compassion, balance, and inner peace.

Gongs – Deep, layered cosmic vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. Gong frequencies are known for their ability to “shake loose” stagnant energy and promote a feeling of renewal. The sound waves can encourage the body to soften tightness, improve relaxation of muscles, and support physical ease.

Gong "Ukrainian Heart" 36 inch tuned to the heart chakra note F.

In sound healing, the F note is primarily associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the fourth energetic centre located at the centre of the chest. It is considered a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, focusing on emotional balance and connection.

It is believed to foster feelings of love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness.

Gong "Vento" 28 inch tuned to the third eye chakra note A.

In sound healing, the A note is primarily associated with the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), the sixth energetic centre located between the eyebrows. It is considered the gateway to intuition, inner wisdom, and higher consciousness.

It is believed to clear energetic blockages in the mind, fostering heightened awareness and clarity of perception. The vibrations are thought to deepen one’s connection to inner guidance and "inner vision," helping with indecision or a lack of direction.

Playing gongs creates deep, layered vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. The vibrations of the gongs penetrate deeply into the body and mind, helping to relieve stress, achieve deep relaxation and release energetic blocks.

All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.
