This Afro x Urban dance cardio session blends high-energy music with simple, repeatable movement patterns designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling GOOD in your body.

We’ll be using step platforms, resistance bands & more to level up the workout, combining rhythmic movement with cardio-based sequences that are easy to follow but effective. Think: stepping, toning, stretching, flowing— all while building stamina and burning calories.

This is not about learning choreography or getting the steps perfect. It’s about working out in a way that is fun but EFFECTIVE!
