Join us in the beautiful Maxwell Hall at Pollokshields Burgh Hall for a 90-minute immersive live soundbath using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells. This is a gentle evening of rest in one of Glasgow's most striking halls. A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness. This event is open to all. No experience necessary. Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest. WHAT TO BRING • Please bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are available • Warm layers or socks are recommended • A water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth having • There is plenty of free on-street parking near the hall ACCESS AND ANYTHING ELSE • There is a ramp that can be put in place if you need step-free access - just get in touch and I will have it ready for you when you arrive • Chairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floor • You are very welcome to come along if you are pregnant • There is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with children • Any questions at all, including about the volume, just email iain@glasgowsoundbath.com IMPORTANT Doors close at 7:35pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time.
