A 90-minute immersive soundbath in the sanctuary of Dennistoun New Parish Church. Dating from 1874, this spacious historic church has been sensitively restored, and its natural resonance makes it a striking room to listen in. You lie down, get comfortable, and let live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells - unfold slowly around you. A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness. Many people find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep or emotional balance, but the invitation is simply to rest. Open to all. No experience necessary. What to bring: please bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, and a limited number of spares are available. Warm layers or socks are recommended. A water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth having. For anyone coming by car, do give yourself a bit of extra time, as it can sometimes be tricky to find a parking spot nearby. Access: the sanctuary is wheelchair accessible via a ramp and alternative entrance. If you require step-free access, please get in touch in advance so I can arrange it for you. Chairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floor. You are very welcome to come along if you are pregnant. There is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with children. Doors close at 7:05pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time. Tickets are on a sliding scale at £20, £25 or £30.
