Legendary Scottish Cup winning manager Bobby Williamson makes a rare return to Glasgow to launch his new autobiography. From the tough streets of 60’s Easterhouse to leading Kilmarnock F.C. to Scottish cup glory in ’97, Bobby Williamson’s story is a remarkable one. He recalls the dream move to Rangers that turned into a disaster when he broke his leg on a summer tour, the pressures of playing under Jock Wallace, a turbulent spell at Hibernian and a bold leap into African football, to manage the Ugandan national team, and much more, as well as reflecting powerfully on the cancer diagnosis that put everything into perspective. Bobby will be travelling across from Kenya to tell some of those incredible anecdotes from football history, and discuss his autobiography with award winning journalist and sports writer John Greechan, as well as answering your questions and signing books.
