This is a beginner-friendly session with no experience necessary. Along with Erica the expurrt, our cats will lend a paw to help you purrfect your form 😽
Chair yoga is low-impact light exercise, ideal for those with limited mobility, though we encourage you to discuss attending with your GP if you have any concerns before booking 🐈⬛💜
