Join us for an uplifting afternoon of faith, movement & community in Glasgow City Centre.

Pilates & Praise is a Christian wellness event designed to bring women together through movement, worship and meaningful connection. Attendees will enjoy a Pilates experience, moments of reflection and the opportunity to connect with like-minded women in a welcoming and faith-filled atmosphere.

Your ticket includes your Mat Pilates session (run by the incredible Claire Crothers), Your choice of either a matcha or iced coffee can provided by sick coffee as well a your own custom Faith and Friendship waterbottle.

Whether you’re coming with friends or attending solo, we can’t wait to welcome you for an afternoon of movement, encouragement & community.
