In this hands-on session, Sara will show you how to prepare four simple yet incredibly tasty pasta sauces that you can easily recreate at home. You’ll be helping her cook along while sipping a glass of wine (or your favourite drink) and learning the secrets to authentic Italian flavour.

You’ll also take home a wee pot of freshly made pesto as a delicious reminder of your evening.

Traditional Basil Pesto (Pesto Alla Genovese)

Cavolo Nero Pesto

A very easy but super tasty Puttanesca (with cherry tomatoes)
