You'll learn what it is about them that made you spiral, and take home a free 30-day plan to hold your reflections and progress.

Based on principles of hypnotherapy, shadow work, and neuroscience - no magic needed (but is welcome).

Bring your journal, and get some peace from the dating spirals and internal struggles.

You'll learn about Carl Jung, Shadow work, Projection, and the role that unmet needs play in our thought spirals.
