We are getting together for the Glasgow Strings and Spirits Puppet Social, a chance for local puppet makers and enthusiasts to step away from the workbench and chat over a drink. Whether you are a professional builder, a hobbyist working on your first marionette, or someone who just has a deep appreciation for the craft, this is a relaxed space to share stories, discuss techniques, or simply meet others in the city who share this specific interest. The evening is very informal with no formal agenda, just an opportunity to connect with like-minded people. We will be meeting at a quiet corner of the pub to trade tips on materials, talk about upcoming projects, or troubleshoot any tricky mechanisms you might be working on. It is a welcoming group, so please feel free to come along whether you have a project to show off or are just curious to see what everyone else is up to. We would love to get a sense of numbers for the table reservation, so if you think you can make it, please take a second to RSVP. Hope to see you there.
